Glazier - Open to All Experience Levels
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $15–$25/hour (based on experience)

Allied Glass & Mirror is seeking a motivated Glazier to join our team. Whether you're just getting started or bring years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to build a career in a hands-on trade with a company known for high-quality, customized glass work.
Our glaziers are the backbone of our operation—working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. From repairing windows to installing custom mirrors and specialty glass, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to develop your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Cut, install, assemble, and repair glass and mirror products
- Work on a variety of projects including windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, storefronts, and custom glass applications
- Perform on-site installations for residential and commercial customers
- Measure and assess job requirements to ensure proper fit and finish
- Safely handle glass materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer-focused service on every project
Operate company vehicles, including trucks, as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates willing to learn a skilled trade or experienced glaziers
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and handle glass materials safely
- Ability to occasionally work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, or lifts)
- Valid driver’s license required
